We’ve launched an upgrade designed to significantly improve the LinkedIn connectivity issues some users have been experiencing.

Effective immediately, we are pausing all billing until we reach full operating capacity with our new backend. This pause will extend beyond our upcoming fixes until we can ensure no instability. We believe this is the right thing to do, as we prioritize the quality and reliability of our service.
While our services will continue to operate, we want to be transparent about the potential risks of continuing to use outbound services during this time.
To minimize any disruptions, we strongly recommend reducing your activity to no more than 5 invites per day. This precaution is meant to help avoid any potential LinkedIn account flags or restrictions while we complete the necessary upgrades.
While this is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended to reduce their risk of having your LinkedIn account get flagged or restricted. Users may choose to override this at their own risk.
Other system updates:
Max message cap of 100-110 is still in effect
Sync threads cadence has been reduced to every 2 hours during work hours for that region/as specified by the user

Below is the timeline for re-enabling key features, along with important details on what to expect. Please note that these dates are subject to change should any unexpected issues arise.
There is a daily message cap of 100 that will be in place until further notice. This includes all outbound activity: automated prospecting, inmails, nurtures, and manually sent replies.
Timeline for Full Service Restoration:
August 13-14:
Messaging: Manual messages, scheduled messages, InMails, and message automation will be re-enabled. Automated messages will be sent out in 2-hour bursts, tied to sync thread cadence.
August 14-15
Searchlists: The searchlist refresh functionality will be re-enabled.
Increased messaging cadence: We will gradually increase the frequency of automated messages and sync threads
Message caps: We'll monitor and adjust message caps as needed, though we do not anticipate any issues.
August 15-16
Invite withdrawals: Withdrawals will be re-enabled during this period.
We will continue to fine-tune the caps, cadence of sync threads, automation, and messaging to ensure everything runs smoothly.
